The rotation order is reflected in the dials. See how TWIST is the first dial in yellow, then FRONT-BACK and then BEND. The first axis in the rotation order should always be the twist parameter. The last two affect how the body part bends around the non-twist axis.

| When you create your figure, Poser does not automatically assign nice names like TWIST, FRONT-BACK, and BEND, instead Poser gives you X-ROTATION, Y-ROTATION and Z-ROTATION. To change the default names you need to edit the CR2 file. The CR2 file is just a simple text file. Here is a good tutorial that covers how this is done.
